Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4)
The Department of Education's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) is a system which discharges store water runoff and certain non-strorm water into state waters. It's our duty to facilitate Water Pollution Awareness, and educate our students and their families in protecting our aquatic environment.
