Enrollment, Withdrawal and Geographic Exceptions

If you plan to withdraw your child from school, please notify the school office as soon as possible once you are aware of an impending move.

To process the withdrawal efficiently, we require the completion and submission of the two forms below:

• Request for Release form 

• School Meal Account Refund Request

A minimum of one week's notice is recommended to facilitate the preparation of your child's withdrawal packet.
