Moanalua Elementary School’s Gifted and Talented Program (GT) is now accepting nominations for School Year (SY) 2022-2023. Students who will be in Grades 4th-6th are eligible. Nominations will be accepted by mail or you may drop off forms to the office. Click on link for online forms. Nomination deadline is May 20th.
The Moanalua Elementary School Aloha Run is an all-school event to promote health and fitness while raising funds to support school programs, activities, and initiatives. This year’s event will take place on April 13 and April 14, 2022 . Click on link for more information and to view instructional video.
We want to acknowledge all the submitting teachers for the great support they give to their students, so we’re establishing the YXC Media Teacher Award. All Hawaiʻi-based teachers with entries in this year’s YXC Competition are automatically entered.
We ask for your assistance to VOLUNTARILY provide us with your child’s vaccination and/or positive COVID-19 test information. Please complete this Google Form and upload your child's vaccination card and/or positive test result.
HIDOE employees, contracted service providers, visitors and students must complete a wellness check each morning before going to school or work if fully vaccinated or not. Please report any illness or COVID-19 exposure to the school or supervisor.
Our school is part of a new program called Operation Expanded Testing which will help us get a more accurate understanding of the spread of COVID-19 in our community. This program offers FREE, weekly COVID-19 testing on our campus for Moanalua Elementary students, faculty, and staff.
